I am a bit mixed on this review; let me give some context and my experience. Over the past year, I have replaced both the front and back tires on my bike; in both cases, the tire and the installation was about $160-$170, the front tire took about 30 minutes to replace, the rear took about 45 minutes. Went to 5 shops trying to find a headlight bulb for my custom trike,with no luck. David and his awesome tech got me hooked up and out the door in less than 15 minutes. 10 out of 10!!!! Highly recommend!!
I called to get a price for changing my scooter tire. I spoke with David. His customer service was exceptional. This company sells junk and then doesn't help when their junk fails. We have a DAIX Electric Scooter with 5 miles on it. In the first 5 months, the charger died so they made us buy another charger. They NEVER stated that the scooter's charger cannot be left on charge all day. So after leaving the charger on this bike that has LITERALLY 5 miles on it, the service tech, who was direct, unfriendly, and unhelpful, told me that the ECU was fried just because it was charged.
