Their customer service is top-notch; everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. Best of all, their pricing is unbeatable. These guys are amazing. Electrified E Bikes is the place to get the best e bike of your choice. Aaron gave me some tips and tricks on how the e bike works. Great help with the financing and great customer service. This place is worth the time. UPDATE 4/11/25: Shout out to Jarrod for getting me the most comfortable seat. It was worth every penny.

This place is a complete scam. They charge for repairs that are never actually done. I went to have a broken headlight replaced. They glued the old one on and lied about. When I confronted they denied. Typical coward scammers! NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS!

It's been a week I got my a new improved E-Bike! The quality of the E-bike seems amazing and the app is awesome ! Big thanks to the staff Jared,John & Anthony for telling me everything about this E-Bike and installing everything I wanted as an extra : )
