Outstanding service! We needed a race bike last minute to rent and Evolve Bicycles and Ebikes made our worries vanish. The owner met us on a Sunday to return the bike even though they are normally closed. Highly recommend doing business with this enthusiastic team!

Reserving a road bike in Orlando while in town for work was easily done online. The Cervelo Caledonia rental bike was basically new, tuned, and ready to go with a multitool, replacement inner tube, and CO2 inflator. I brought my own saddle and pedals, and they quickly swapped them out for me upon arrival. Will use them again when in town! Thank you Evolve!

I brought in my newly purchased E-bike that was damaged during shipping. I THOUGHT I found all the damaged areas, I did not. The awesome technician found a bent piece on the front fork needing a complete replacement. They took dozens of pictures so that I was able to pass it along to the online company I purchased if from, and they were able to send me the parts (still took weeks...)
