Thank you Terry for everything! So much for getting scooter up and running.. it’s my main commute vessel from home to work and without it I can’t get around. Terry and his team at elecruiser took care of within 1 day of service!! Excellent I’m happy it was all done in a timely manner with great communication. I great appreciate their efforts and professionalism… will be looking to do business again!

when i received my e-bike, i was informed that they were partner local shop... i did some research i found they were said to be the 'best'. i called an associate and was also concerned about the waiting process. he informed me, that's why they're the 'best:!... i was shocked but impressed with the brazen confidence. i ended up sending my new xp4 for adjustments and accessory add -ons. i was met with exceptional service and professionalism, and... got my bike earlier than scheduled and beyond ...

Had to get my electric bike fixed had a wonderful experience here because I don’t really know anything at this point that I’m willing to pay and he was well aware I was willing to pay and he offered me good service and then when he went to Tinker with it a little bit it just started to work. No charge have a nice day !! Someone else would’ve taken me for a ride. This guy is a gentleman which means he’s a good businessman, which means they’re good service people make sure you stop by and visit...

I was searching for an e-bike shop as I did not want to purchase on the web. I found them on google and were only a few miles away. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. They showed me 3 models based on my input. I chose the AIMA Santa Monica model and am very pleased with it. Bike was already assembled so I just rode it home ) Great bike and service.
