Great in store purchasing experience. Greg was awesome. In the scheme of things we probably weren’t the biggest sale for them as it was just two entry level bikes for my son and I, but it was just a great buying experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this service center. I walked in and was accepted right away. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. I had some cables replaced and not sure why my bike rides much better. These two things are not related, they have some magic and I'm forever grateful. Thank you for getting me up to par! The Trek Rep was very professional and did a fantastic job helping us pick out bikes and a bike rack based on our needs. He took the time to explain the differences between hard tails, full suspension, and no suspension bikes.
