Trek Bicycle Wilmington

Purchased a 2023 Domane SL 5 Gen 4 from here in 2024. Great sale and experience then so decided to give a call back & ended up picking up a 2025 Madone SL 6 Gen 8. Lisa Lee was a big help with sale, being very communicative and understanding, while also teaching me a good deal about the bikes. She also was able to locate the bike I wanted & is even going to pick it up for me- which I feel like a lot of other shops wouldn't do. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a trek road bike soon.

Knowledge, friendly, attentive atmosphere. I purchased non-trek equipment and accessories and they were installed at no additional cost. Demonstration of new electronic equipment. Advice provided on use and care. Post purchase free and reduced cost service included with the bike purchase. Other stores have made me feel like l lack knowledge or the staff does not care about your concerns. At trek I am treated with respect and was heard.

Awesome shop. Helped me in a pinch get a bolt that was stuck in my rack out and reinstalled. Great team and great bikes !!

Seemed to be a communication issue. When I dropped my bike off, I mentioned I couldn’t get my rear gears to change properly. The Tech told me what the issue was, proceeded to recommend a package service. I agreed, left my bike and came back after being notified it was finished. The Bike looked great, very clean but, they did not attend to the original reasoning I brought the bike in.
