Just picked my specialized diverge and had my first ride. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was tring to decide between trek checkpoint and specialized diverge. Comparing them was very easy because they carry both full lines. I also got a discount for being a veteran. Best place to puchase a bike for any need.

Called them up to help set up my trainer (that I didn’t buy from them) and they were more than helpful. Got me set up and on my way in no time. Really impressed with the customer service - my new go to bike shop.

My son took his bike in to be fixed what should have been an easy fix all. They cross threaded the rear derailer. Rather then stopping and using a tool to fix what they did they continued and made it worse. When they called they said it was unfixable we can scrap it for you. When we went in to get it we only talked to teens the guy who works on bikes refused to come up and address our concerns. The screw that came out of the hole was perfectly fine. But they claimed it was the manufacturer ...

Great staff, finishes all maintenance & tune-up's in a timely manner, and is great about following up with the customer in regards to repairs and if parts need to be ordered. Efficient excellence!

Very knowledgeable and friendly it's a great place to get custom and regular work done on your bike
