Bethany Bike Shop

Was riding through Bethany with some friends. One person's tire needed air. We stopped at Bethany Bike but it was closed. Then they saw a bicycle pump right by the door. It certainly seemed like they leave it there for stranded bikers. It saved my friend. Thank you very much. If they do those sort of things, I can only imagine that their other service is great as well but that was my only experience.

Voice recording AND the sign on the door both say the shop closes at 5 pm. I'm here a little after 4 pm and nobody is home. Lights out. Door locked. No answer at the shop number. Wow!

Similar to Stephen Hake in 2022 and Brandon B. in 2017, my bike was not repaired properly and in my case damaged by this shop. I brought my Trek 4000 in for repairs. The next morning they called to say bike was ready. After I test drove it, I realized front derailer was not fully operational. Gear 1 & 2 great. Gear 3 not working. Rolled into Bethany and found my front brake not functioning… blasted in for a drop off and repair?!? Tech came out evaluated and immediately told ME how to make the repair and literally set me up for success. Great customer service and truly honest people!!!!

A five star experience! All kudos go to Joe Cole from start to finish and beyond.
