Wonderful neighborhood bike repair shop. These people are wonderful and definitely always happy to offer you to use the shop pump for free or help with minor stuff. Dusty is wonderful and super helpful! Prices are raisonnable. Support you local business.

I bought a lock from this shop three weeks ago. In that short time, someone tried to steal my scooter by prying the lock open and badly damaging it. Now the lock is so compromised that it can be opened by anyone without even knowing the combination. The only reason my bike wasn’t stolen is because the thief didn’t realize how broken the lock was. I went back to the shop to ask for a refund, and instead of helping, they argued with me. Their stance was basically: “It’s not our fault the lock ...

This bike shop is THE BEST for quick fixes. New brakes, flat tires, funky derailleur alignments, weird rattles: I’ve taken everything to them and they always get my bike back the same day — usually while I wait! Really appreciate the great service. Five stars.

I would advise making any online purchase for bikes Conte's does not have in stock. I purchased an e-bike that was not currently in stock through Conte's website. Conte's advised ahead of time there would be a $50 stocking fee and that the bike could only be picked up in store. Fine, we can do that. However, Conte's was not helpful in letting us know when the bike would be available for pick up. It appeared Conte's wasn't even tracking our order--when we called to inquire on pick up status ...

Revising my previous comment where I had an issue. Conte's manager called me to hear out the problem and we were able resolve on the phone. Great customer service - it's good to see that from a local shop and I'll be visiting again.
