Shipping was fast and timely, and the packing job was hands down the best I’ve ever seen—bike arrived perfectly protected and flawless. I did my first bike fitting here and it was awesome. Craig did a very dedicated and detailed work taking his time for a Q&A, flexibility assessment, etc and at the same time, always very open to explain the why's and giving me great insights for my learning. Technology and tools wise, it is really great as well. If you like a very professional and oustanding job but with that small business charm where you feel a valued customer, it is the right place.

Julie and the team at Pacific Cycling and Triathlon are absolutely great. Knowledgeable, friendly, great selection of bikes, brands from e-bikes, road, mountain, gravel, tri… and if you are really wanting to compete or just get the perfect fit, have Craig do a bike fitting. What a local bike shop ought to be - friendly, casual, easy going with very knowledgeable group of folks who got me fitted for my next race bike. Highly recommend for those who are thinking about getting into cycling or those who want to take their cycling to the next level. Even their shop dogs are friendly.

I live in South Florida and was looking for a Specialized Roubaix Pro and couldn't find it locally but after searching the internet, found that they carried exactly what I was looking for and in my size. I reached out to order the bike and they were super responsive. They packed up the bike and shipped to me ASAP. Once I got the bike, I noticed it was slightly damaged in transit (the delivery company issue). I reached out to them, and they gladly shipped me a replacement part! Super grea...
