I went MTB this week and hit some issues with my bike so I needed a tune up ASAP to get back on the trails! Another shop was giving me a turnaround of 5-6 days (seriously?) but Frank was so incredibly helpful!!!! He got me in and out the same day in under 3 hours so I was able to hit the trails again in no time! Not to mention he is so incredibly friendly and detailed in his work he gave me a clear explanation of the work he did and preventative measures to keep my bike in good shape! God bl...

Frank was great help! He helped go over the bikes he had in stock. Went to 2 other places and felt the most comfortable with him. His prices where great and ended up buying one from him. It wasn't a top named bike but still a great bike. Took it for a 2 mile ride when I got home and the cruiser felt great!! Will definitely keep my business with Frank for future purchases!

So far been here 10 minutes prior to advertised opening time, it is 15 minutes so far past that. I am wondering if they even want to be open on Saturday? I will wait till 1130 and let you all know what happens. Ok folks, Frank was swift on his response to my temporary review which you don't really see very much but he did. This is a smaller bike shop and they don’t work on tricycles; however, it does not mention it on their website which we were looking for trike service. We arrived at the opening time but it was not open and the person was about 15 minutes late. We waited only to be told that there a faded paper hand written sign on the top of the door stating they don’t work on tricycles. He did let us know where at could go but it was a lot of wasted time.
