I had a great experience at Visalia Cyclery. I came in with a flat tire expecting I’d have to wait until Monday, but Matt went above and beyond to get me taken care of the same day. The repair was quick and affordable, and thanks to him I was able to get back on the road for work without missing a beat. Really appreciate the excellent service—highly recommend this shop!

Ya, it’s a bike shop. I asked if they do a simple fork oil change and seal replacement. They texted me back saying ‘sorry, we don’t do that.’ Huh? That’s like going to a mechanic and being told ‘we don’t do oil changes here.’ Disappointing — they call themselves a full-service shop, but skip the jobs people actually need. Feels like they’d rather chase easy money than real service

This place is very nice, they have a big selection of bikes. I looked for a Specialized Rockhopper in so many places, I started my search from FL all the way to CA. I found the color, the size and the specs that I wanted in here. I ended up buying 2 bikes from them. Very knowledgeable people, they answered all your bike related questions.
