Purchased a Maverick bike from Don. Don was great at communicating and to attention to detail. It was an easy transaction and came fully assembled. A year later and my husband is still loving it. I am really excited about my new bike. I was able to get it put together easily. The instructions on how the bike actually works is easy to understand. I’ve gone on multiple rides and I am super impressed on the length of the battery. It rides well on hills that are dirt and paved. I purchased a couple of the epower models from Mr. Parker and was extremely pleased at the experience. He was very helpful and patient with someone who knew very little about ebikes. What a fun experience! My niece needed transportation to get about 2 miles each way to work. Don helped us every step of the way to ensure she chose the right bike and was comfortable operating it. He showed her everything about it then followed her around until she was comfortable. This experience did so much for her including giving her a lot more independence.
