These guys are top notch, honest, reliable, and upfront. This is the second time I’ve taken my bike here for a tune-up, and both times they took the time to check the brakes and chain when I arrived and recommended the basic tune-up, which was all that was needed. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on more expensive packages. The turnaround was also fantastic. I dropped my bike off Monday afternoon and was told it would be ready Thursday, but they called the very next day...

Bringing my bike in for service was the most pleasant experience. Bryce provided an immediate, thorough assessment and explained it all perfectly. He quickly identified my primary issue and it was corrected with the service. When I returned to pick it up, Caleb helped me explore options for my next purchase. Cycling is not an are of expertise for me but your staff is so friendly and didn’t make me feel the least bit out of place.

Trek Bicycle Tustin is an amazing shop filled with enthusiast who know their way around bikes. Bryce is full of history about bikes. It was quite incredible. Before purchasing my bike, he put on some pedals and let me go on a test ride. He made sure I was comfortable on the bike in regards to seat and bar height. He serviced the bike before handing it off to me. Really awesome service. Can’t thank you guys enough for my new bike!
