DROW's customer service is the best around! I reached out because the short axle that I had on hand was too short for my gy6 setup. As you can see from the photo, I could only thread on my axle nut for about .25inch so it was super unsafe. I had talked to Ely about my issue and he proceeded to measure over 50 short axles to finally find 1 that was slightly longer that would allow me to safely install the rear wheel and axle nut. Bad customer service. If you purchase a defective item they will lie to you as if it’s not or say it supposed to be that way. I purchased a kick stand that wouldn’t hold itself open. It would slam shut. Manager and his techs say it’s an automatic retractable kickstand. What a joke. Edit: Two hours later they update the description. Shady business.
