I'd say terrible company to deal with, but I can't even deal with them. Their "customer support" doesn't respond to emails, and my bike is stranded at a dealership that has been nothing but useless. My local dealer states they're not qualified to install a new battery, and I'm left with zero help (pun fully intended). Don't even think about giving this company any of your hard earned money. Better throw it into your wood stove, that way you'll at least get some warmth.

I added this section two months later and changed the rating from 2 stars to four stars: I test-rode a high-end, $22,000 Zero motorcycle at Santa Clara Motorsports. The bike would be in my garage right now, except for two issues: 1. The guaranteed range is only a bit over 100 miles, which is likely to become smaller when the battery ages. 2. The horn and a few other things on the bike were done poorly. On a motorcycle, particularly a very quiet electric one, the horn is one of the most imp...

Test rode a couple of electric bikes a few years back. I enjoyed the experience and was looking forward to one day committing to an electric bike as a commuter for work. The time has finally come that I'm ready to get serious about purchasing, but alas Zero has make some bad moves and started charging extra for full use of the battery you own on your bike as a "performance enhancement", and the same for 100% faster charging rates, all through software with their app. This is sleazy used car d...

Zero Fxe boasts 105 miles city. I only ride city back streets. My fxe brand new with less than 150 miles on it is only getting about 50 miles before needing a 6-8 hour charge. Mind you, this is a $12,500 machine before tax.

I just realized I never left a review for this "company". Run, do not walk, run, if you are thinking of buying a Zero. I bought a used 2022 FX with 1k miles on it from the first owner. A few weeks later, I noticed 4 spokes snapped on the real wheel. After 14 days at the shop, Zero finally shipped the replacements from CA to AZ. I would go on to break 4 to 5 spokes a couple more times, including on a brand new wheel Zero sent (to the wrong dealership location). My bike cut out on me twice in t...
