DISHONEST PRICING & BUSINESS PRACTICES, STAY AWAY! Website showed service fees for both brake and shift adjustments as $30 total. Went in person and the shop owner told me $45. I highly recommend this bike shop! Jeff and the staff took excellent care of my bike, the maintenance was high quality at a good price. Jeff provided great customer service with maintenance recommendations over the phone and check in calls when parts needed to be ordered. As a bonus, he sent me off with ride recommendations! This is a great shop!

I went into Mission Trails Bike Shop today to get help replacing a tube on a fat tire bike. I brought both the tire and the tube, so all I needed was the labor. Their website lists a tire tube change at $10 for labor only, which seemed fair. As soon as I arrived, they started working on the tire and removed the tube. It took them about 10 minutes to do, using metal tire levers which I was trying to avoid at home so I would not damage the rim. But, professionals, right? I trusted what they wer...

The prices are very decent, but the guy definitely gave me the run around. I got a flat and took my bike to the closest place. I wouldn’t say that they were the friendliest, but they will get the job done. You MUST have cash IMMEDIATELY, or your bike will not be serviced. In 2025, I do not carry cash and I rarely have a card on me. I solely use Apple Pay. That may be on me, however, I expect most businesses to follow suit with the times.
