Great customer service! I am so happy I bought my Velotric summit 1 from bike attack and NOT directly from Velotric. First off I got it for like $200 less than what the official website wanted for it. Tl;dr Service is slow and fine enough, but it is quite expensive. Shop charges well above MSRP for dealer parts. I wouldn’t recommend to visit here for service. My Aventon Pace 500.2 was having some electrical issues, so I took it in two weeks ago on a Thursday to get evaluated. They quoted me 150$ for the diagnosis; that’s a bit steep but fine enough because they’re in an expensive and convenient location. I had a great experience at this shop! The owner was super knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect electric bike that suited my needs, plus they helped me figure out a safe and comfortable way to transport my dog. They even did the installation right there in the shop. Great service, friendly people, and I couldn’t be happier with my new setup!
