I was blown away by the look and design of the bikes. On impulse I bought one a few months ago, and had to wait a while to get it. Regardless of the delay I'm so glad I waited. I had been eyeing Vintage Electric Bikes since I saw one on the street in Carmel, CA. So when I discovered that they had a model that suited my needs--the Cafe--I had to pull the trigger and buy one. And am I glad I did. This bike is beautifully built, more than powerful enough for the kind of fairly casual riding I do, and is, IMHO, the most beautiful E-bike out there (along w. I've been riding my Vintage Electric Tracker as a daily commute bike for a few years. It's comfortable, quick, dependable, and fun. The VE team has always been so helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend their bikes - or the people - highly enough.
