Last Mile Marin

This review is for the service department. I had my son’s Super 73 worked on by their service team 3 times. I had no complaints about the first 2 repairs. I started to see customer service decline on the 3rd visit. They had my bike for a couple weeks and I heard nothing. Then they shared a quote and said I have to pay now and then file a claim with extended warranty after the fact. Those guys rock! I want to give my thanks to Marcos, Jason, and Izhar the tech for the attention they gave me on the last mile. They are the best when I drop off my electric scooter. They helped me kindly and respectfully with a sense of responsibility that I could ever ask.

Went in today and spoke to jason about a super73 adventure z. I kinda already knew what I wanted, and he answered all my questions. Him and Marcos had great customer service and made me want to go back there if I needed anything for my new bike. Their quick service had me out of there in a little over an hour with a fully assembled bike. When I am ready for another E dirt bike, I will definitely go there to get my E Ride Pro. Thanks guy's

Wanted to leave positive feedback for Jason and Marcos. It’s clear both these gentlemen know their stuff….Because they speak so confidently with their product knowledge … they managed to sell me some awesome upgrades to a board I’ve ridden for years without realizing existed. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing what the shop is all about. Cheers! Oh yeah, a big ty to John too for salvaging my XR battery and not saddling me with 1 that had half the range.
