10/10 experience, After driving from reno to visit another store that said they had a product in stock but didn't upon arrival. A quick call to Hyper to verify the bike was in stock while i was still in Sacramento, They met me before hours so i could purchase the bike and couldn't of been more helpful. 10/10 experience and my kid is pumped on the new bike. Thank you all!

I found this listing on Facebook, Jay response was super fast and informative, no pressure sales, he was just to the point and how to buy, we ended up getting the atlis delta, I was told 2 day prep up to 5 day shipping it was in Utah at my shop in 3 days! That’s incredible! over all the best experience I have had with this type of company, I will be ordering the atlis mega next and it will be with hyper rides!

Overall very happy with the bike. This is the only place that has the V1+ in stock versus a waitlist. HyperRides customer service is very quick and readily available, but I would recommend they use a different shipping company as I had multiple issues with the disorganization of the shipping. Late Saturday afternoon I decided to order a 2025 Altis Sigma from 1 of 2 sites that actually had them in stock. Hyper Rides had both colors and both the Standard and MX versions. I received my pallet Wednesday at 1:00 pm! No damage to the shipping box and this huge pallet beat two parts I ordered for my Sur-Ron. Those parts are still not here.
