I recently purchased this Freego booster ES 11 pro. I work 10 hours a day 6 days a week and I've only ridden the scooter a few times within that time it's only been my first week. The scooter has been very fun and it's pretty fast but I'm already having issues with my front motor. The customer service has been super super great so I do plan on bringing my scooter back in and hopefully they'll be able to fix the issue. Had both my ebike and scooter fixed here. referred by a friend, not disappointed. A highly recommended ebike shop in the area. compare to other shops I have been to, Qbear offer reasonable price for repairing and quality service.

This is the place to take your electric scooter or bike for repair. The tech is very knowledgable and he fixed my grandson’s scooter within a day. He even gave me tips on what to look out for. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. You can tell they are invested in providing excellent customer service.

Just got new thicker tires that I had to pay $150 here after constantly bringing in my bike to get the tires fixed. They told me it was more likely to not go flat. Within a WEEK of buying the thicker tires here, they go flat. I do not recommend this place at all for repairs.

We have been looking everywhere to buy an electric bike for our 12 yr old son. The bikes are either too big or too expensive. So happy finally found the perfect moped style with 27inch seat height in QBEAR store with reasonable price. Awesome service, very patient. They fix bikes too, we will bring in the scooter to fix flat tire next time.
