I'd give 10 stars for the owner. He's clear, responsive, and communicates well. I just had a high-end tri bike shipped out from Veloro and couldn't be happier. There aren't many shops where when they say it's will be done, it's done on time and done well! Now, I plan to bring all my bikes in for service and look into getting a new fitting at Veloro! Veloro is now my go-to shop! And they have great kits, so be ready to try on gear!

I had an issue with a mountain bike I had flown with the night before. I was in California for Sea Otter, so really wanted to be racing well. Gebhard had a look, realized he could squeeze me in to his overall schedule, and we got things handled same-day. By no means do I expect this kind of service, nor should anyone, from a small shop that has a load of repairs in the queue, sometimes you're just hoping for a favor so you can go into the weekend without bothering any of the on-site mechanic...

Great to finally find a store where I could try on some Lake Cycling shoes and find the right fit. Thoroughly enjoyed talking with the owner today. A very cool little shop!

Over the years, Gebhard has been great. I've gone there for soft goods, replacement bladed spokes, and for help with an insurance claim. It is a small shop, but he has great stuff on hand, and he is very nice and knowledgeable.

Outstanding and attentive service—they treated my bike like it was their own. Fantastic tune up. Drive train is so quiet and smooth now! And the bike looks great after they cleaned it—like it did when I first got it. Very thoughtful and detail oriented service!
