Petaluma Motor Wheel - E-bike Sales, Service and Rental

Most awesome eBike shop and team! We bought 3 ebikes there this year, very happy with all of them. They went out of their way to help me find a bike that fit all my very specific ideas and ordered it for me since they usually don't carry it. They service/repair all our ebikes (let's not judge number of bikes), too. Some of my family practically lives on their bikes, so the fast repairs are very much appreciated :)

This is a fabulous ebike shop. So I have written a long review to recommend Petaluma Motor Wheel. I ordered a very custom ebike from Canada and did not have a pro ebike mechanic to help me with final assembly. You see, I am a senior with hand limitations due to arthritis and wrenching any heavy duty bolts tortures my hands. I recently bought a new Aventon Pace 4 bike from this shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The customer service was exceptional, and we had the pleasure of working with the owner, Aaron. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. Aaron took the time to explain all the features of the bike, encouraging me to take a test ride before deciding. No pressure sales. Highly recommend this shop for anyone in the market for a bike!

Do not service bicycle here, they are dishonest and take forever. Had my E-Bike brought in Here twice for the same thing while under warranty. They took 2 to 3 weeks eachtime to essentially do nothing and no call or update on what's going on. To make things worse, they also charged for some of the services that were explicitly covered in the warranty. My husband and I were looking to buy e-bikes. A friend recommended PMW! I have to say it was the best experience ever. Rick is very knowledgeable and took us on the best bike tour with the e-bikes.
