SIERRA E-BIKE

These guys are great! I accompanied my mom here to shop for her first e-bike and was pleasantly surprised to find attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly service from all! They actually made the selection, accessorizing, and adjustment processes of my mom’s bike FUN, and we learned a lot without feeling talked-down-to. We also didn’t feel pressured to buy nor rushed. We purchased 2 bikes and a bike rack on our first visit and have been back several times since. The staff is very friendly and seem knowledgeable about their various bikes and products. Sierra E Bike lets you try out different bikes and road test them in the parking lot. Take some time to do this even if you have to come back a time or two. This is very important! Purchasing on line doesn’t give you this opportunity.

My husband and I liked the fact that they carry a variety of brands and styles of e-bikes and all the accessories! They let you test ride any one of them to help make a decision. The service is excellent!! They go above and beyond to help you. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on different e-bikes and asked us questions about what type of trails, roads, areas we plan on riding so we could chose the e-bike that works best for us. SIERRA EBIKE SURVEY REVIEW 4/14/21 A bit of a story ahead, but I think it's worth the read so you'll know how I came across this superb bike shop. We brought an old Specialized hybrid bike with a Bionx battery mid in to see if they could perhaps refresh it a bit and get the battery sorted as it was no longer holding a solid charge for very long. Unfortunately being nearly a 10 year old battery and also discontinued there was nothing much they could do, but they certainly gave it a great try....

Dion and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and just overall awesome. I highly recommend Sierra E-Bike for repairing "anything with pedals". I'm very grateful to have them as part of my community.
