I was riding my Vanpowers Seine eBike this Sunday from South San Francisco to Pacifica, enjoying the beautiful views along the way - until I suddenly got a flat tire. I was a loyal customer of this shop for years and fully expected to keep buying bikes and service for myself and my family here long-term. After this experience, that’s no longer something I would consider. I brought in a fully rideable road bike for a standard tune-up and new bar tape. Full service bike store and repair in my community. The staff are pleasant, attentive and accommodating. I had a recent repair on my trusty mountain bike and am very satisfied with the repair and how I was treated. If I were younger, I would definitely purchase one of their top notch beautifully zoomy mountain e-bikes.

I'm a local and have been a regular customer since Epicenter opened. The #1 thing I love about this shop is the super friendly, knowledgeable and professional employees. For example, yesterday I called in to see if they could swap out tires on a bike, and add a couple accessories on another. They made time for me to get my in and out of there quick - as I had a cycling trip the following day. These guys are amazing. Local resident of Pacifica here: they were more than willing to help even though the transaction price was extremely low. They went out of their way needlessly - and were friendly to boot. Com see these guys if you need anything bike related and in town. I’ll venture to say I’d feel guilty shopping on Amazon for anything bike related here on out.
