Because Jeff the main person who runs the shop was able to go above and beyond with his service not only he sells bikes but also does any repairs. I happened to go to his shop not knowing that it was closed one day my fault but he happened to take care of me with my concerns with my bike that day. Jeff was super helpful — he diagnosed and fixed a battery issue on my bike way faster than I expected. Super friendly, really knew his stuff, and the pricing was more than fair — way better than other quotes I’d gotten. If you need quick, reliable, and honest eBike service, Jeff is the one to go to. This is the best E-bike shop in Oceanside. Best selection of bikes, best prices and best service. Iv had the privilege of getting three E-bikes serviced/built by Jeff. There is no one better in Oceanside!! My three bikes are Surron, Ride1up V2 and Ariel Rider. All run excellent. Do not waste your time or money anywhere else. All the brands in this shop are high-end. We love our E-bikes. Thank you Jeff! It’s a blessing to have this shop in Oceanside!

My husband and I had been shopping for ebikes for 2 years and found out about Ariel bikes. After investigating locations that sell this brand we found Jeff, owner of Oside E-Rides. He was great from the beginning. We drove two hours from Victorville CA to test ride and get more information on the brand. He from very informative and was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a Grizzly and X Class. We highly recommend Jeff and his business.
