Specialized Bicycle Components

So disappointing. Specialized doesn’t stand by their lifetime warranty. We purchased a Crux Specialized frame 2 years ago for my husband. Never crashed on it, rode it normal conditions probably less than 2,000 miles total and the frame cracks (in a spot that had it been a crash would have only had a ton of other damage as well). Great experience. Wish we can actually get a guided tour of the place and how it’s made or the wind tunnel. But oh well. The museum is small but worth a stop if you are driving up or the down the coast and you own a specialized bicycle.

my friend came from Mexico and he wanted to visit the museum here.on Google maps shows that they open on Fridays til 4pm and we came here it was already closed at 2.so disappointing.

I razor scootered all the way over here from my in-laws' house to check out the museum only to find they were closed to the public... I was so sad

I just bought my first Specialized Mtn Bike. And it is the last. The employees at the store don't have any accountability. The priority issue is, I got a quote to replace a front shock on my other bike, and they inflated it by $150. Now it is $450 to get a front shock and another $100 labor to install it? $550! Called Specialized Corp. zero answer after waiting forever on hold, they have a text option and they answered that immediately. I was declined to have the local rep or Regional Manager...
