I purchased a kids’ battery ride-on car from this store, and within a very short time, it spontaneously caught fire after my toddler used it. This could have seriously injured my child. It was also within a few feet of our house. Thankfully, we acted quickly and no one was hurt, but this is completely unacceptable for a children’s product. A year and a half ago we purchased a used Vespa Scooter for my wife's birthday from VTP. It's now been over a year and we never received registration or a pink slip for ownership, even though Rob said it would take about 6 months. You get what you pay for. These bikes are cheaply made and unreliable as hell. I got a 50cc for my son about a year ago and its ran for maybe a few hours of that time and provided only disappointment for my kid when something breaks on it. Fuel supply petcock leaked immediately. Carburator constantly malfunctioning. Brakes squeal and dont work well. A giant waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and get a real brand.
