I had a great experience at the Los Gatos store. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the bike and answer my questions without any pressure. The whole process was smooth, and I’m very happy with my Trek Domane AL 2 Gen 4.

Extremely helpful. Had been dropped off looking to hit the trails on my rental MTB, (not rented from summit). Noticed that the cam lever for the front wheel wasn't locking tight. Asked the guy if he could help and very quickly he sorted out the problem. Small Allen key inside the lever needed adjusting. All done with a smile. Also I did note there is a tool stand outside the shop which had upto and 8mm Allen key and possibly 10mm.. Didn't buy anything but he treated me like a paying customer...

I’ve had several bikes (mountain and electric) serviced at Summit LG…. consistently a great experience. Easy to book online, always ready on time. Staff is friendly and approachable. Customer Service can be a lost art, not here. Thx Summit LG!

Brought my bike in for tune up. The staff quickly suggested what works needed to be done and quoted the price. My bike was ready when promised and I'm happy with the results. Price wise it was like servicing my car. But all other nearby bike shops ask for similar amounts.

Awesome service with the repairs and tune-up on my Trek Madone. Always know my bike is in great hands when I bring it to Summit! Customer for life:)!
