While building a bike the service and attention to detail was super solid. Mike did a fantastic job as we negotiated all the options and kept me aware of progress. Chris, fit me on my bike and initially it was a bit uncomfortable, however, some of my little pains went away and now I really like the position. Great bike shop!

This is one of the best bike stores in all California. David, Colin, Chris and others make the experience top-notch. They fit you for a bike they don’t put you into a bike that you don’t fit in and they work hard to make sure that you have a great experience. I bought a Specialized levo comp alloy E bike and help me to set it up so that I could use the Specialized application I could lock it and unlock it and could understand everything about the bike. The staff were very cold and unfriendly. The store environment was also a bit rundown and shabby, with very few bike options. When I asked questions, the responses were always things like “We only have this...”or “We don’t have that…” It really felt like they didn’t want to do business with us. So we left and went to another store, where we happily bought two bikes — one for the adult and one for the child.

Will never regret getting a bike here. Bought Aethos pro here and broke my frame on first day, they did a great help asking Specialized for a discounted replacement so I did not lose all the value of my frame. I appreciate all the people working here. The bike fitting was quite good too. They sincerely wanted riders to continue to enjoy riding.
