Not only the best e-bikes in the word in stock, but incredible people as well. Larry was very helpful letting us take some bikes for a spin, and wow are their Reiss and Müller ebikes amazing. When we left we were very lucky to meet the owner, Chris, who stayed late and answered all of our questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. I bought my R&M Load 75 at Propel in 2021 and use it most days, and couldn't be happier with either the bike or Propel. Kyle has serviced my bike a few times now and each time it's been as quick as it could reasonably be given the work being done, on budget, and returned perfect. I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough - both Propel and Kyle in particular - and will definitely continue going for both service and future bike purchases.
