All staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am a complete newcomer to the bicycle world and they treated me with respect, didn’t try to upsell me, and explained everything they were doing. Definitely recommend and will be back

The staff was super attentive and everyone was eager to help which I really appreciated. Sam the Service Manager came out and talked me through everything. Justin, Store Mgr, came by as well to check in on things. Jaime did a great job when he called me with an update on my bike build.

Trek Livermore has a very large selection of bikes to choose from, so you can determine which one is best for you. It has a large parking lot in the back where you can test ride bikes. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They also deliver bikes to your home at the end of the day. Thank you!
