Was staying in the area and wanted to ride along the beach/PCH but didn't where to park. I called Vince and he told me to come down and park in front of his shop since it was close to the end of the day. My wife and I went in and asked a few questions about riding in the area and Vince was super helpful and gave us all kinds of tips that made the ride very smooth without having to search around. I visited Vince’s Cyclery to complete the purchase one of the bikes I researched on the Specialized website. Vince was friendly and welcomed me into his shop and showed me the bike I was interested in. After 2 or 3 tests rides to determine my size and comfort, I chose the Rockchoper Sport. Vince answered my questions, offered some tips, and completed the purchase. I loaded my new bike into my truck and drove home with a smile on my face!

Vince does excellent work on my family’s bikes. Recently, I brought my Mongoose hybrid (mountain bike frame with street tires) in for a new rear wheel, 2 tires and a seat. He said it would be done in 4 days but it was ready in 3. When I say this thing rides like a brand new bike, I mean it! Smooth, quiet ride, gearshifts easy and accurate plus the new gel seat makes my ride feel better than new! Thanks Vince!
