I am so thrilled to have a shop that can work on my families e-bikes in our area. The guys that run the store truly care about what they are doing. Apparently- they get so many kids bikes in to be worked on which are just about to fail. Things like brakes, chain not properly adjusted and seats that are so loose one trip down a big hill and BAAM!!!!! ER if you're lucky. I have been an avid ebike rider for years and my Koa ebike is one of the best out there. Well worth the price. The quality , the look and the smooth ride. The power is efficient for a great ride and long distance.
