The worst shopping experience. The worst customer service. They never answered emails, and after many attempts, they answered the phone. I purchased a battery, and they sent me the wrong one. They admitted their mistake, but I had to pay for the return. A month later, I still haven't received my correct battery. A waste of time and money.

Bought a new Yamaha Moro pro from them over the internet .. I've owned many Yamaha products so didn't expect any issues but 20miles into first ride the freewheel locked up. I took it apart showed that the hub retainer ring and backed off and ground into the back of cassette sent pics to Kevin who I dealt with over email.
