Sam was incredible and listened to what I needed for a commuting bike. He was able to install the saddle seat I wanted and gave great suggestions. He made sure I had everything I needed to be safe and care for my bike. Great service and selection!

Above and beyond excellent service! They really care about customers and making sure we are set and safe to go. Justin in particular goes above and beyond, and Hank is great too. It is like they have a Ph.D. in bikes and their passion for helping those of us who use bikes as our main form of transport. I have nothing but gratitude for this place!

I dropped by tonight asking them to replace the tube on my mountain bike tire, and Sam pointed out to me that my tire is actually designed to run tubeless, which I wasn't aware of. After explaining the pros and cons of tubeless tires, he very quickly and expertly converted it to tubeless, and explained the procedures I need to follow with it down the road. Every time I get I flat i go here the next day the tire is flat again so i tried a new place last time and haven’t had to worry about a flat since and the services are over priced here. people are better off going to Sharp Bicycle it’s right down the street and their service is better. And how would you have a record of me I have never told any employees here my name and don’t have a rewards program here
