Every time I have come into the shop, I have been greeted with friendliness and have had a good experience every time. But I want to make a special mention of Mark, who went above and beyond to help me. He even delivered my bike to my house using his truck because I wasn’t able to ride the bike home. Horrible experience. In less than a week, the inner tube they installed already popped, and they also failed to properly reattach my passenger pegs. The workmanship was poor, and when I called, customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. To top it off, I was charged $155 for this work. For that price, I expected quality and professionalism. I strongly advise against using this shop.

So not all bike shops work on tricycles and we needed some assistance so we ended up at this shop. It’s a pretty good size place with plenty of inventory accessories. Andy was the one who assisted us and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and if he had a question, Bob was there to assist with information. These guys know what they are doing. They fixed some disc brake issues on my daughter’s new bike for college. Andy was great and more than helpful. Look nowhere else for your bike repairs.

Came here to get a flat fixed for my GoTrax Z-4lite electric bike and was actually even able to get it done same day. Would absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family in the Whittier area. Bob was super helpful and the shop has a great atmosphere thank you guys for being so cool.
