Rad Power Bikes - Electric Bike Sales, Service & Rentals

We bought two rad expand 5 and were sent two but one was made in china and one made in Cambodia and the fork setup on the front wheel attaches differently, the rear tray is different style and one the one from china came damaged. Different components including brand of brakes , location of bell and more.

These guys are the best and so are their bikes. Our family has purchased 5 Rad Power Bikes now and we absolutely love them. From the management team to the service team, these guys are great! I can't imagine buying another ebike for myself or my family other than Rad.

I had RadWagon 4 and Radwagon 5 now overall im very happy ! They are really nice affordable bikes, even though my rw4 had some electronics issues i still decided to buy the rw5 and its not perfect but i love it and it s a good bike. I must say it is a big update from the rw4 (the brakes and tires are very good which is important when you are going 28 mph with so much weight). I had a great experience exploring the store today with my SO. I’ve been checking the bikes out online for many months and it was a game changer to have access to them in person. It’s one thing to read a review and see photos online, but it’s much more helpful (to me at least) to touch and experience the items in the real world. The accessory wall in particular was great for getting a better handle on the customizability options of the bikes, something I’d struggled with a little bit online. ...

Friendly folks in the sales dept and the service dept. My 2018 RAD MINI ST needs a broken spoke repair on the rear/drive wheel, and I'm thrilled to have discovered that Rad is so close to San Diego. Great location, a full service and sales facility in Imperial beach, near lots of cool riding spots in the immediate area. Love the ability to test ride the different models and they also have accessories, and swag. 👍🏼☮️😀✌🏼
