Buyer beware. I purchased a Throne Modelo bike that arrived missing the seat. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my nephew. I contacted the company multiple times by email and phone, but they refused to help, stopped responding, and even blocked my number—despite me being respectful the entire time. just ordered a bike online! After i placed the order i realized i ordered a 41 instead of a 55 so i called and they updated the order. I also let the employee know i was a little worried because i read some reviews online about people not getting their online order. He said he understood and that if I didn't feel comfortable ordering from them i could cancel my order. I would never recommend any business to this place. I purchased an electric dirtbike, took about 2 weeks to ship after it was released for sale, put it together the day it was received and it did not work. I called about my issue only to get the run around and conflicting information between this shop and support at the distributor (Throne).
