I am out visiting relatives here on the West Coast. Brought my road bike with me. Got off the plane, got settled and got the bike out and put together. Off for a ride. Unfortunately got a flat. The great crew at Hermosa Cyclery took care of me right away and got me back on my ride! Can't say enough good about them! Thank you for the great friendly service for an out of towner!

My Ariel Rider V60 is serviced here. They recently repaired it after an accident. They are always courtious and helpful. Their staff are highly capable mechanics. The quality of their work is GREAT. I trust them completely. They are upfront and honest in every way. There front desk staff keeps you updated, while the crew of mechanics work diligently to complete the work asap. The additional accessory store attached to the shop/rental entrance makes many ebile essentials close and easy...

I had the best experience today at Hermosa Cycle…I walked in with a chain issue and Mark fixed it on the spot and had me back out on the strand in less than 5 minutes! This shop definitely earned a new customer - Thanks Mark!

Been here many times to get my bike serviced. The staff is always so friendly and helpful without any expectations in return. A friend of mine put my new bike together and put the front fork on backwards 😕after claiming that he knows what he’s doing and has done this many’s times before. 🤦🏽‍♀️Came to Hermosa Cyclery and they totally set me straight. Definitely the go to place for servicing your bike needs. 😃 👍🏽

Great experience. One e bike died early and they ended up giving us a discount without even having to ask. Solid customer service there.we rented twice.
