Amazing buying experience! I am totally new the bike world, and I'm glad that I came here to learn about the different bike models and get advice on what style/size bike I should get. Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable. The owner, Ben, is great and takes the time to chat with customers and understand their needs. One of the main guys that helped me was Sebastian, who really helped me understand the importance of the size bike to get. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase of...

Came here to replace a e bike crank that had pedal tread strip. The store is big and is well stock on bikes and parts. They only had the left crank but not the right side crank , so decided just get new pair of pedal instead. People that work here are very informative and answer my questions. Will be coming back here to service my bike soon.

I love this local gem. The service is top notch and the staff are pretty great. I got my bike fixed here (like car maintenance but for bikes). I got my brakes done here ... and they also sell some good accessories. It's definitely a great store and the customer service is amazing. I thought the price was pretty fair as well. I mean for parts and labor it wasn't too bad in my opinion. They also provide options and give suggestions so it didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off.

The tech found the cause of my flat and replaced the tube for a fair price. Thank you.

Has a few e-bikes no longer a real bike shop. There is more out door furniture if anything. It was the weirdest thing to see! It was deceiving. Lady at front desk isn’t welcoming but not rude. Owners should change the name of the business to what they are actually trying to accomplish. And crazy expensive e bikes isn’t it. They were terrible looking and only a few to displace.
