We had a great experience purchasing our side-by-side from Gilroy Motorcycle Center. From start to finish, Hilary was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Most importantly, Hilary and Martin took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was no pressure, just genuine customer service and attention to detail. We’re extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Gilroy Motorcycle Cen...

Very poor communication skills with staff. They were supposed to make a key for my bike and do no work what so ever. It was there for two months. So I called to let them know I wanted to pick it up. When I went to pick it up the bike was in pieces tore down to the frame. This was a 09 Dacati monster 1100 black. With 4000 miles practically brand new bike. When I picked up the see bike they rolled it out in pieces I refused to take the bike a it was. I'm now taking them to small claims for repa...

Brought my SS in for it first oil change. Talked to Adam about the appointment and I was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge about my Can-am Lonestar. Picked it up when they said it would be ready with no problems whatsoever. Thanks to Adam it will be my go to Service Department for all future Services.

I don't know how they stay in business !!!! I needed a simple repair done. A parts install which I supplied the correct parts. It took 45 minutes to check in my bike because they couldn't figure out how to give me a quote for the labor, even though I was previously quoted $400.00 for the labor by their manager. It has been a circus since I dropped of my bike. It has been almost 2 weeks for a 2 hour job. They damaged the parts I supplied them, and they keep trying to sell me things I don't nee...

Terrible, unprofessional service. They couldn't even handle a factory recall properly. They lied and said the required Suzuki oil was discontinued (it's not, I found it online easily) and used cheap oil instead. They also failed to reinstall the fairings correctly. I had to pay someone else to fix their sloppy work. Avoid this place.
