I was so happy to be chosen and receive a voucher for a new e-bike from the California e bike incentive program . Unfortunately, I was not able to make the gathering on the appointed date due to the weather which was anticipated for windy rain, also because the transit is a luxury at this time in my early retirement with fixed income I could not afford the bus.
