Brought my ebike here for a tube replacement. The initial quote seemed high to me, which I mentioned casually. In response the older gentleman in service told me "then take it somewhere else or learn to do it yourself". I was willing to pay what I felt was a high price point, just expressed surprise. I responded "great, I'll do that and walked out." Took it down the street to Epic BMX who knows their stuff and did it for less than half, with a smile on their faces too. I'll never be back or r...

I've spent the last year regretting buying a new bike from Bicycle Discovery. SUMMARY: I bought a bike here and it had issues that were difficult to get resolved post-purchase. The two free tuneups are valued at $90 each, but the results fell far short of service I have received from other shops (e.g., Jax, REI, or Mike's Bikes) at a similar price point. Today, we took my son's bike to get adjusted. David was very helpful from the get go. My son is very happy and can now ride his Christmas gift around (once the rain stops of course).

How dare I call and ask for a better price and still offer my business when I’m also having financial difficulties for very expensive repairs and when I told the repair person who I will not name the better price I was quoted elsewhere his answer in a snotty way was go ahead and bring it there! I purchased a bike from this place before and spent plenty on repairs with them but I guess it doesn’t count. No more and dont worry I will take it elsewhere. Poor business don’t bother.

Zero star for Customer Service. I brought a Dual Sport in and asked for a tune up as I recently pick it up off the Market Place. Good bike, great shape, I simply wanted it tuned and ready to ride. First issue I faced was the condescending smirk from the guy who took the bike in when I told him where I had purchased it. Being a 40 year Retailer I should have rolled it out and looked for somewhere else to get service. He then pointed out an obvious flaw, chain ring guard was damaged and had to ...
