FIND ANOTHER BIKE SHOP I'm writing this review as a warning to others. Avoid Bob's Cycle Center in Fair Oaks at all costs! This place is a complete waste of time, effort, and headache. Today I took my four wheel walker into Bob’s Cycle Center to see if someone there would adjust the brakes on the walker. I was greeted as soon as I entered by a very pleasant man and was asked how he could help me. I asked if someone could adjust the brakes on my walker, and was told immediately “Yes”. We decided to get into cycling and went to Bob's Cycle Center to find some starter bikes. The whole experience was fantastic, largely thanks to an employee named Chris. From the moment we walked in, Chris was incredibly helpful. We weren't sure what we needed, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand our preferences and what we'd be using the bikes for. Bring these guys beer anytime you visit them. They went out of their way to let me know that the bike I bought online and had shipped it to them for assembly was too small for my wife. They let her try out some other bike sizes so that I could reorder the correct size online and then they took the old bike and returned it for free. All of this didn't cost them anything and they went out of their way to save us when they could have just let us walk out the door. Thank you guys.

Just came in for my dog’s stroller. I was told to bring it in and they could service it then. I got there and they said they were backed up and said to leave it and come back at 4:30pm. I came back just after 4:30pm, and was told they forgot about it and they could get their best guy to do it now.
