Very excellent customer service! The staff are very interested in trying to find the right bicycle for you and build them to the highest standard I've ever seen(unlike a certain competitor in town...). I like how most of their inventory is Trek, which is an awesome company that stands by their products!

made an appointment to get my bike's flat tire replaced; they changed the tire and worked some kind of magic because now it rides so much better than before! very reasonable prices and will definitely be returning if i ever need my bike serviced again :)

I took my bike here to get a tune up and they're great! The customer service was great and everyone in there is super nice! They're all very kind and helpful. When I got my bike back they fixed what I wanted and more! My bike rides so much better now and there are things fixed that I didn't know could be fixed, it's just so much smoother! They had a really fast turn around time and were very communicative! Definitely recommend :)

The experience was very good! I had a flat tire from a wire. They changed the tube quickly, at a very good price. The owner there was also very friendly to me. Would definitely recommend the place.

I’m an exchange student from Canada to UC Davis. I needed a bike to commute to campus. The owner and his daughter here helped me find & adjusted a new bike (super comfortable seat which was my priority) on a time crunch & offered professional & patient service (traded in an old bike as well). I ended up installing a basket & stop & ring bell and got a more secure chain lock.
