Wow talk about customer service! Segway Los Angeles went above and beyond anything we have experienced in a while. My girlfriend and I are staying at a hotel in Newport Beach and we decided to get the new GT3 Pros for a boardwalk scooter adventure. Amazing work! My scooter was at 1,040 miles and my motor locked up. They took it in, got it under warranty for a new motor. On top of that! They changed out the stem on my scooter, shes back to scooting! Best investment ever, scooter and company wise. Thank you Segway for helping this location exist, great staff and great fix. I purchased all the necessary accessories for two Segway Xyber bikes from this store. Unfortunately, I discovered a rip inside one of the hard shell bags and a broken expansion zipper. After sometime they did finally respond and came to a resolution.

Bought a Segway scooter from Amazon. Had some questions about shock absorbers and needed brake adjusted. Great staff here, mechanic specifically was very patient and took time to fix and answer my questions. Felt confident and safe riding my scooter to work today. Thanks

Segway of Culver City staff are on their job. They’re overwhelmed because everybody has a scooter and there’s only a couple places that can fix them, but these guys are taking care of business. It sucks when you buy a nice thing like this and then you upgrade a part on it or something happens and you have to have it fixed, but it’s best to go to the people that make the damn thing instead of some offbrand place
