I had ordered a kollter es1s pro back in August. After I paperwork issues with the Bill of Lading, I got the bike finally...in September. When it arrived, it only came with one battery. Under normal circumstances it wouldn't be an issue, but without both batteries, the bike is limited to 3k watts and roughly 50mph. Here is what to expect. Your order will take two months for delivery! I purchased a cs1 that was already put together and ready to go on August 29th. They didnt even get the bike to the shipping company until the 20th of September. Haulbikes “shipping company” emailed and said they will deliver it on the 23rd of October at the earliest!!! Justin and the crew at Sierra have been amazing to deal with! I had the first RS-1 in San Diego and it's been my daily commuter for almost a year now. They're easy to get ahold of and any needed service is done very quickly! Highly recommend you give them a try!

Called and spoke with justin originally invoice was sent over within the hour, but ended up changing my order about ten times which requires 10 invoices to be made, and through it all he was equally attentive kind curtius and prompt to all my questions and concerns.
