Trek Bicycle Corte Madera Marin

I walked into the shop experiencing some issues with my brakes. I told them I was in from out of town and had to leave the next day for a bike event. I came in during the last hour of business, and even though the staff was busy, they insisted on helping me right away. They got to it immediately and solved my problem so quickly. The staff were super nice and so accommodating! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend the store to someone else.

My experience was great. I bought my Trek Domane SLR 9 from Steve M, and he was really helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. The bike tech made sure everything was installed and adjusted. everyone was really helpful, friendly, and knew their product.

Steve and Sam helped me and my friends out when we had some troubles on our ride. The store is conveniently along the bike trail, recommend stopping in for excellent recommendations, tune up, or snacks.

In my many years of riding I’ve never gone to a bike shop for service out of fear of being ripped off or ridiculed. Well I stand corrected, the guys did exactly what I wanted, were very friendly and charged a ridiculously reasonable amount. That doesn’t seem to happen anywhere these days. Super happy with the work and will probably buy my next bike from them.

Wow! I didn’t realize buying a bike could be so enjoyable. This is my first Trek I have bought and will not be my last. The staff was super knowledgeable and kind the five times I went in. Joshua went above and beyond on the purchase of my new Trek MTB.
